I have post unlock method toward unlock your Idea NetSetter 3G USB Modem. Once you unlocked your Idea NetSetter USB modem now you need the profile settings beneficial to network operator regarding your Idea NetSetter toward surf at the internet. Run Mobile Partner. Go toward Tools -- Options -- Profile Management now click at the New button. Enter the name which you like as Profile Name. Select ‘Static’ for APN furthermore enter in APN provided toward you by the network provider(Click here beneficial to All Network Operator APN Setting). Access Number will be *99# beneficial to most regarding networks. Click at Save furthermore you are done. don't change anything in Advanced Settings. Now go toward the Connections tab furthermore click at the saved profile furthermore click at Connect. Now you able toward connect.

Do not change anything here unless required by the network provider settings.

After clicking at Save.
